1. Who we are

This website, codershyve.com, is operated by Codershyve SRL, CUI 50327689, Baia Mare, Maramures, Romania (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to us at office@codershyve.com.

2. What data we collect

Contact forms. When you send us a message from the About or Services page, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address and message, and, on the Services page, also your phone number, company, position and company size if you fill them in.

Technical data. Like any web server, ours processes your IP address and basic request information (pages requested, browser type, time) to deliver the website and keep it secure. When a contact form is sent, our server logs the sender’s email address together with the send result.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and we do not build visitor profiles.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and, if you ask for it, prepare an offer or a collaboration: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To run the website and protect it against abuse: our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data

Contact form messages are delivered by email to our mailbox, hosted by Proton AG in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any collaboration that follows, after which we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example accounting records). Technical logs are kept only for a short period, for security and troubleshooting.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set any cookies. It only uses your browser’s local storage for strictly necessary settings, which never leave your device:

Fonts and icons are served from our own server, so loading a page does not send requests to third parties. Links to other websites (for example LinkedIn, Zoom, sungrid.ro or our partners) are subject to the privacy policies of those websites once you open them.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email office@codershyve.com; we answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or with the authority in your EU country of residence.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
